SPRING

Popcorn & Puppet Festival
Featuring renowned puppeteers from all over the tri state area and as far as Glover, VT & Saugerties, NY. Each year we feature eight or nine different companies. This is a great event for all ages full of interactive hands on activities, large pageants and original mini-puppet plays! Check out the clip, it’s a few years old – but we still love it! FALL

Take Me To the River Music Festival
We are super proud of this 10 hour event which draws over 1000 attendees and features over 24 bands on two stages. Our festival covers folk, rock, jazz, blues, world & alternative sounds. We feature international, regional and locally renowned bands. We also offer a platform for our middle and high school emerging talent to shine! The kids really rock! Our festival is endorsed by WFUV!

Take Me To The River Children’s Community Chorus
The Take Me To The River Children’s Community Chorus is a locally based ensemble of Rivertown residents ages 6 to 13 that formed in 2009. Local singer/songwriters Matt Turk and Julia Joseph provide musical direction, vocal guidance and instrumental accompaniment with special guest performers often joining rehearsals and performances. Toast For the Holidays
A multi-media music and art pop-up in the 2400 sq ft. storefront at 45 Main St. Hastings-on-Hudson. TOAST opened in Dec. 2009 & was extended by popular demand thru January 2010. We’re back in the space this holiday season for a slightly different gallery version of Toast. This year we’re calling it – FISH. (Video coming)

Town Square
This June we were asked by the FNL committee to guest produce one of their Friday night events, so we transformed the VFW lawn into a brighter meeting place for friends & Family and invited some amazing local talent to transform the street into a high energy smorgasbord of music, theater, dance, fire-dancing, juggling, drumming, singing and story telling. The Haunt
Partnering with Frightroom Productions we created a haunted house that spooked over 600 visitors! Check out our photos (Photos coming)

Transformation
A series of installations that feature the music of SYNESTHESIA, Tim Armacost’s quintet. These events explore the relationship between music and color. (Photos coming)
